IDS has offices located in Raleigh North Carolina, St. Petersburg Florida, Toronto Canada and Strood in the United Kingdom. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brunswick Corporation, IDS continues to set the standard for quality and client satisfaction in its industry.

IDS offers turnkey and customized utility monitoring and control systems, integrating hardware, software and network configurations, to help clients better manage and control their utilities.  Our dealer management system capabilities include support activities such as sales prospecting, accounting, administration, and parts and inventory management.  We can also apply custom applications to help clients with their specialized needs.
